Summer Camp Information & Registration

One Room Summer Camp Descriptions
SuperHero Camp (May 31 – June 2) – In SuperHero camp students will make crafts, play games, and do lots of activities based on the theme of Superheroes. During camp students work in groups for the whole week. They will do all activities with these groups. We rotate between group team building games, crafts, and large group activities. To promote movement we do several workout/dance activities to help build a healthy mindset while still having fun. Each student will make new friends and have a blast while enjoying their Summer.
Lego Camp (June 7 – June 9) – In Lego camp students will make crafts, play games, and do lots of activities based on the theme of Legos. During camp students work in groups for the whole week. They will do all activities with these groups. During this camp we have over 20,000 Legos that students can free play with. There are building contests individually and in groups. We rotate between group team building games, crafts, and large group activities. Last Summer this camp was the most popular! All the kids loved creating so many amazing creations with the Legos. To promote movement we do several workout/dance activities to help build a healthy mindset while still having fun. Each student will make new friends and have a blast while enjoying their Summer.
Cooking Camp (June 14 – Jun 16) – In Cooking camp students learn basic cooking skills including making healthy food choices, how to be safe in the kitchen, and get the accomplishment of enjoying their yummy creations. During camp students work in groups for the whole week. They will do all activities with these groups. We rotate between group team building games, cooking, and large group activities. To promote movement we do several workout/dance activities to help build a healthy mindset while still having fun. Each student will make new friends and have a blast while enjoying their Summer.
Arts & Crafts Camp (June 28 – June 30) – In Arts & Crafts camp students will make crafts, play games, and do lots of activities, it’s the ultimate Pinterest experience! During camp students work in groups for the whole week. They will do all activities with these groups. We rotate between group team building games, crafts, and large group activities. Students will bring home lots of amazing creations each day. To promote movement we do several workout/dance activities to help build a healthy mindset while still having fun. Each student will make new friends and have a blast while enjoying their Summer.
Space Camp (July 5 – July 7) – In Space camp students will make crafts, play games, and do lots of activities based on the theme of Space. During camp students work in groups for the whole week. They will do all activities with these groups. We rotate between group team building games, crafts, and large group activities. We will explore all things Space by watching video clips and diving into our amazing Galaxy. To promote movement we do several workout/dance activities to help build a healthy mindset while still having fun. Each student will make new friends and have a blast while enjoying their Summer.

STEM Camp (July 26 – July 28) – In STEM camp students will explore all things STEM. (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) During camp students work in groups for the whole week. They will do all activities with these groups. Students compete in many challenges and experiments to encourage learning while still having fun. To promote movement we do several workout/dance activities to help build a healthy mindset while still having fun. Each student will make new friends and have a blast while enjoying their Summer.
Water Camp (August 2 – August 4) – In Water camp students will end the Summer with a splash. During camp students play outside with water balloons, water guns, and small swimming pools. They will do all activities with their groups. This camp was a huge hit last year. Students had so much fun last Summer keeping cool in the Texas heat. Each student will make new friends and have a blast while enjoying their Summer.
*All camps include snacks (goldfish, animal crackers, and Cheez-its). If your child has allergies you will need to provide him/her snacks. Students also need to bring a lunch and reusable water bottle. (We have a water fountain and a filtered water system to fill water bottles)
